PROGRAM EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES

P1: Objective 1 (Scientific Erudition):
Extensive learning of the basics in addition to intensive focusing on the most trivial areas of Pharmaceutical Science and Technology to sharpen the knowledge for design and formulation of medicaments as per the requirement of industrial world.

P2: Objective 2 (Technical Dexterity):
Applying the scientific and technological solutions for technical problems and inspiring towards perceiving post graduate programs and encourage towards R&D of the advanced areas of Pharmaceutical Technology, Novel Drug Designing and identification of Newer Drugs from natureand other sources.

P3: Objective 3 (Analytical and research inquisitiveness)
Developing expertise and competence in analysis of problems and inquisitiveness to innovate methodologies to handle problems and projects.

P4: Objective 4 (Skills for identification, drug development and formulation):
Developing the expertise and skill for identification, analysis, testing, formulating for transforming every student to find employment in the field of Pharmaceutical Science & Technology.

P5: Objective 5 (Communication Flair):
Demonstrating the art of excellence in developing the effective communication skills in English and evolving the personality of the studentssuitable to the dynamic industrial needs.

P6: Objective 6 (Professional Competence):
Adopting the characteristics of technical excellence through the systematically organized pedagogical practices in equipping the students with knowledge and practice for competing in the global competitive environment.

P7: Objective 7 (Leadership):
Motivating students to develop professional, ethical attitude, team building skills and multi-disciplinary approach to demonstrate the ideal behavioural qualities while leading the team for deriving maximum productivity.

 

P8: Objective 8 (Social Cognizance):
Developing consciousness in the issue of social concerns and enabling students to upgrade their personality and experience through community services to have a meaningful linkage between the Institution and Society.

Dr. Indervir Singh From Chitkara University, Punjab enlightened the faculty members about the newer trends in pharmaceutical Research. | National Science Day was celebrated with a DST sponsored national seminar titled "Current innovations in Biotechnology in human welfare" on 7th November 2015. | World Hepatitis Day was celebrated on 28th July 2015 | World No Tobacco Day was celebrated on 29th May 2015 | A one day refresher course was organized by the institute titled "Cell based Assay as alternative to Pharmacological Model" on 30.1.15 |
